These terms describe the basic working relationship between knagents and its clients.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, responding to review requests in a reasonable timeframe, and maintaining access to any domain or third-party accounts they own.
Payments
Project pricing, payment timing, and any additional scope are confirmed before work begins. Extra work outside the agreed package may require a separate quote.
Maintenance
Included maintenance applies to the first year after launch for the standard package. Ongoing maintenance after that period is billed separately if renewed.
